Because once you master this you’ll see how exciting life can be again. You haven’t passed your peak and there’s no need to look back on ‘the good old days’ before children because you will realise that the best is yet to come.

Imagine….

Feeling energised by your relationships because they are based around people, times and activities that work for YOU in your new era as a mum.

Leaning into your friendships more than you have in years – laughing, dancing and enjoying the good times together once more as well as being there for each other through all of the changes and the evolution that motherhood and life can bring.

Feeling confident in booking days, evenings and even trips away because you KNOW your system for curveballs and childcare is rock solid.

Being more in love with your partner than ever before. Enjoying romantic time together, feeling seen and understood and more importantly in awe of the father they are becoming.

Actually being fully present in social settings again because you are 100% confident that your child/children are not only being taken care of according to your standards but also ENJOYING their time with a sitter.

The 1-2-1 packages are tailored to arm you with the tools, systems and methods you need within your unique set-up. So that you get the connection you so desperately deserve.

This could be for you if you’ve ever struggled with the following…

Lack of self-worth, not believing that you deserve things for yourself outside of being a mum.

Mum guilt and feelings of anxiety around leaving your child.

Constantly cancelling / rescheduling plans because of childcare issues or curveballs that arise.

Losing touch with friends or struggling to meet new friends that get you.

Feeling distant from your partner or stuck in the room-mate phase.

1-2-1 Breakdown

The package includes…

  • We’ll get into the weeds of what is holding you back from getting the connection you need to enjoy motherhood and life.

We’ll get to work straight away by tailoring my frameworks, methods, and techniques to your personal set-up.

  • These will be an opportunity for us to reflect on what has been working well and not so well within the frameworks I’ve given.

I’ll provide feedback on what to tweak to suit you best and constantly ideate new approaches that might benefit you and your family.

  • You'll get immediate access to 7 modules of curriculum, all the worksheets, guest talks and a private and supportive community of like-minded mums.

You'll be able to access the membership for a whole year to continue your journey even after we've completed our sessions.

  • I'll set you up for success with everything you’ll need to ensure you can enjoy flourishing relationships all around you while your children are in their early years.

  • I’ll always be on hand to offer support or guidance as you’re trying new things or tweaking your current lifestyle to move towards a more connected life.

This way of working will suit you if you want to FAST-TRACK change in your life. If you are fed up of feeling cut off and like you come at the bottom of the pile.

This transformation will require an open mind and work best for those who are ACTION-ORIENTED so that we can quickly get to work on building out your dream life as a mother in just 3 months.

3 months of work together to transform some of the most important years of your life.

You may be wondering where you’ll find the time, energy or money to experience a 1-2-1 package with me.

Well, the beauty is that by focusing in on a more sustainable and enjoyable way to connect back to your friends and partner, you’re actually going to set up your boundaries and time management more efficiently. This is going to result in MORE ENERGY and stop you WASTING money on social activities that no longer support your new lifestyle.

And so, the way I see it, the real risk is really you not doing this, and you spend another month, year or even couple of years isolating yourself and feeling more and more lonely.

Your friendships and relationship deteriorate as well as your mental health and overall happiness. Unfortunately it’s the mums who suffer when her relationships breakdown but this has a knock on effect to her children. Through lived experience and through the work with my clients I know things don’t have to be this way.

Or if you do choose to jump in, you could have a full and thriving social life that allows you to connect with those you love daily, weekly, monthly as well as punctuate these first few years of motherhood with long lasting friendships and a romantic relationship that’s stronger than ever.

Plus be a role model for your child/children, they get to see first-hand what healthy relationships look like and benefit from a happy mum and more balanced home life as a result.

  • Zoe's troubleshooting now means that me and my husband have at least 2 child free dates each week where we can have fun and re-connect with each other, doing what we do best - exercising and eating (it’s all about balance right?!)

  • “When I think about those earlier days as a mum I just wish I had this knowledge about my relationships. And that I had Zoe but these things happen how they're meant to and I'm so glad I have Zoe in my corner now because things have really turned around. i'm the happiest I think I've ever been.

    Kate, South East London

  • “The tools are amazing! It’s so easy to become overwhelmed with the fear of never having any free time but this has made it really easy to see little nuggets of my day which I can make the most of by meeting/calling friends and actually book them in.
One thing I’ve struggled with now that we have toddler and baby is losing my evenings with Tom but I can see that we can still have those moments together ❤️ thank you so much!!”

Hi, I’m Zoe!

And the best bit? I'm right in this with you. Taking care of a very spirited toddler AND living the social life of my dreams with amazing relationships all around me so there really is no problem that we can't solve together.

After a successful 13-year corporate career working in London and New York as a Senior Director of Creative Project Management (at brands like Marie Claire, Instyle and Amazon) and a founder of multiple businesses I know a thing or two about thinking outside of the box to overcome obstacles.

This alongside my own lived experience of becoming a mum, having a partner who travels frequently with work, juggling work, home and relationships has enabled me to build out my unique frameworks and approach which focus on teaching mums practical and long-lasting lifestyle changes to ensure that motherhood is an accelerator NOT a blocker to their lives.

Having seen how much of an impact this is had not only on my own life but on some of those closest around me I can't wait to help more women break free from their monotonous life where they put themselves at the bottom of the pile and start living full of joy. And guess what - it really does improve the way you experience parenting too!

I’d love to hear from you…
