It is advisable to check your diastasis now to see if it feels stronger - be mindful that you may still have a small gap but it may be functioning well. Look for pressure through your midline - if it’s still there - continue with this section for a little longer or if you feel like you need a little extra support speak to a Mummy MOT professional.
