Lizzie has been teaching yoga for the last 10 years. She teaches yoga because she wants others to experience the same positive shift towards greater self esteem and zest for life that she has experienced. Lizzie is also a certified breathwork coach helping clients to achieve a regulated central nervous system, and learn techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety.
